This VI determines if the Process Variable is At Set Point and/or Stable. It is At Set Point when the Process Variable is within the specified PV Deadband of the Set Point. It is Stable if the Process Variable has been At Set Point for Number of Stability Samples consecutively.

PV Deadband is specified as a percentage of the process variable (Lo <=PV < Hi). This VI is set up for reentrant execution so it can be used in multiple locations in the calling VI at the same time.
