This CVI programming example simultaneously reads and displays two measurements in NI-DSA FFT analyzer mode. The user interface has two graphs, each of which displays an independent measurement from your DSA device. Use the menus to the left of each graph to select the types of measurements to display, and the display parameters, such as real/imaginary values, logarithmic/linear units, and so on.

To use this example, connect signals to analog input channels 0 and 1. In general, you get the most meaningful time-domain data by disabling dB units and looking at only the real portion of the values. For analyzing frequency-domain measurements, it is usually best to display signal magnitudes in dB units.

For windowing, baseband span, and averaging, use the controls on the left side of the interface panel. You must click the Reconfigure button for changes made to these settings to take effect.
