NI 40xx DMM User Defined Step for SignalExpress

This VI uses the LabVIEW driver for the NI 40xx DMM to enable SignalExpress users to make measurements with the instrument. This user-defined step is packaged as an LLB that includes all of the necessary VIs from the driver (this is the only download you should need to make measurements using SignalExpress).
