Red should be = Yellow + Green. In the table, we have 2 Red = Yellow + Green. We know the Yellow = 2sec and Green = 4 second, and in this time, the othe lignt sould be Red, mean 6 seconds.

Could be confusing.
The sample states: "The period of time the lights should be "ON" are as follows: Red: 4 Seconds Yellow: 2 Seconds Green: 4 Seconds I would fine this very confusing in an exam situation as the sequence table suggests that red would need to be on for 6 seconds and indeed your solution does this also.
