Querying Citadel 4 Via OLE DB Provider for ODBC in Microsoft Visual Basic

This example shows how to use the Citadel ODBC driver in Microsoft Visual Basic. The Microsoft Visual Basic project (.vbp) connects to the attached Citadel database and executes two queries. The results are plotted on a graph. The .vbp connects to the ODBC driver via OLE DB Provider for ODBC. There is no need to create an ODBC Data Source Name (DSN). Just make sure you correct the Citadel path on the example panel (defaults to \\computer\c\database). If you use the attached database you will not have to modify the SQL statements.

NOTE: The graph is a National Instruments Component Works graph. NI ComponentWorks ships with both products that use Citadel: LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control module 6.0 or higher and Lookout 5.0 or higher.
