Buffered Counting with Edge Gating

This VI counts rising edges on the SOURCE pin between rising edges on the GATE pin of the counter specified in the counter field. In other words, it is an example of buffered, edge-gated event counting. It uses the advanced level counter/timer VIs.
The number of measurements specifies the number of intervals between GATE edges in which to count SOURCE edges. Rising or falling edges can be used for gating or counting, depending upon the settings for gate mode and source edge constants in the diagram window.
Signal Connections: Source (TTL signal containing edges to count) to pin 37 if counter 0 is used, pin 42 if counter 1 is used. Gate (TTL signal containing edges to count between) to pin 3 if counter 0 is used, pin 41 if counter 1 is used.
