When you have an E Series board configured to control an SCXI Chassis, digital lines 0, 1, 2, and 4 on port 0 are reserved for SCXI communication. If you try to access these reserved lines from an application, you will receive error -10440. This Example Program demonstrates how to access the unused DIO lines of an E Series device configured to control an SCXI Chassis. Line masking must be implemented before performing a read or a write on the digital port.
