Resize Image Using Simple Array Functions

This VI uses simple array functions to reduce an image by a given reduction factor. Since the VI is creating a new image by simply removing pixels from the original image, the reduction process results in a clear image without the artifacts that are often introduced by other methods.

This example is created specifically for JPEG images, but can easily fit other formats by replacing the Image File VIs.
