This VI performs shunt calibration for multiple channels on the SCXI-1122. It takes into account the specific timing characteristics of this module. Since this module multiplexes all channels before filtering, AI Read is padded with enough samples to allow for settling between channels. The number of samples depends on the module filter setting. These additional samples are then discarded and the remaining 100 samples are averaged to get an accurate reading. The VI samples each listed channel with and without the shunt resistor switched into the circuit, and subtracts the readings to get the shunt voltage. The VI then calculates the theoretical shunt voltage for comparison, based on the shunt resistance and the nominal gauge and completion resistances.
