DESCRIPTION:
The Simple One-Axis Move VI completes a move to a user-specified position on a single axis.

INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Be sure your board is initialized before running this VI. Refer to the Initialization topic in the FlexMotion VI Online Help, which can be launched by choosing FlexMotion VI Online Help in the Help menu.
(2) Select the Board ID that corresponds to your FlexMotion controller in the Board Configuration Utility.
(3) Select the axis number to be used.
(4) Set the Target Position (in encoder counts) to which you want the axis to move.
(5) Run the VI.

KEY PARAMETERS:
(1) Target Position: The position to which you want to move. If you are in absolute mode (default), this value needs to be changed every time you run the VI. Otherwise, if you run the VI twice in a row with the same target position, the motor will not move the second time since it will already be at its target position.
(2) Axis: The number of the axis to be used in the move.

I/O CONNECTIONS OVERVIEW:
This example requires a system configuration with one axis.
