In this example, a sine wave is generated using a LabVIEW Express VI. The generated signal is then reshaped by multiplying it by a decaying exponential function using MathScript Node. This is similar to fading an acquired audio signal. The user can control the rate of decay and see its behavior. Also, interactive cursors and annotation features of LabVIEW graphs are demonstrated.
