This User Defined Step provides the ability to programmatically or interactively connect or disconnect two channels of a switch from within SignalExpress. This code is powered by the LabVIEW graphical programming environment and makes use of the DAQmx Driver.

Steps to Run:
1) Open a new project in SignalExpress
2) Add a User Defined Step
3) Choose the "Switch User Defined Step.vi" located in the "Switch User Defined Step.llb" included in this document
4) Specify your switch device and topology
5) Choose the 2 channels you wish to connect
6) Specify the action you wish to take (connect or disconnect)
7) Hit the "Run Once" button to execute the specified action.

For connecting more than one path using multiple calls to this step, uncheck the "Reset Device" boolean control. This will ensure that the relays on the device are not reset so that multiple connections can be made.
