This DataPlugin supports reading / importing of Tektronix waveform files.

This format is written by the following Tektronix instruments:
TDS5000/B, TDS6000/B/C, TDS/CSA7000/B, MSO70000/C, DSA70000/B/C, DPO70000/B/C, DPO70000, MSO/DPO5000

 

Supported Features

  • Supports YT data only.
  • Version 2 WFM files from Tektronix; (new value scaling)
  • explicit Float64 data
  • The measurement data in this format can contain pre- and post-trigger data (32). The index of the trigger points are stored in the "PreChargeDataPoints" and "PostChargeDataPoints" group properties.

Non-Supported Features

  • Scalar data.
  • Pixmap data.
  • Waveform databases.

The following changes have been made to this version:
