The following example illustrates additional functionality with File I/O.
The first example illustrates how to save images onto a different machine. This is very useful for the Compact Vision System (CVS) because the NI CVS-1450 Series has 20 MB of storage space, and this can run out quickly when logging images. This example demonstrates how to use VI Server to save images on a host PC from an RT target, such as the NI CVS-1450 Series. IMAQ Vision is required on the host machine.
Note: Enable VI Server on the host machine before running this example program, see the LabVIEW Users Manual for more information on this.
