This example program will demonstrate a simple approach for those systems in which you want to monitor the Host machine, for example, if for any reason Windows stops responding and you want your Motion system to stop evey moving axis for safety purposes.

The approach followed is an Onboard Program that is monitoring a incremental variable. The Onboard program increments the variable and LabVIEW on the Windows OS is in charge of reading it and passing it back to the Onboard memory. If LabVIEW does not responds within a specified amount of time then the Onboard program sends the command to stop all axes.
