VB.NET NI-FGEN - Triggers
This .NET program shows how the different trigger sources and modes work. The user can set the sample rate, trigger mode and trigger source and then start generation. This program also displays the construction of an arbitrary waveform that takes the shape of a partial sinewave, a partial ramp and a partial DC wave.
Using VB.NET (.NET Language) requires us to wrap the NI-FGEN driver. To use this example program, you will need to download the NI-FGEN wrapper from the below link and include the niFGEN.vb file within your project. The NI-FGEN_NEW wrapper is for use with NI-FGEN 2.6.1 and above. For older versions of NI-FGEN, use the wrapper included in the NI-FGEN.zip file.
