This example program document contains two VIs that allow for system calibration of thermocouple measurements. The TC System Calibration VI can be used in conjunction with a National Instruements SCXI or SCC signal conditioning system. With this VI you can set up a multi-point calibration and write the calibration points to file. The TC Compensation VI generates a correction polynomial that effectively compensates for sensor and system inaccuracy through the entire measurement. The TC Compensation VI can be used to increase the accuracy of thermocouple readings of any system. The ReadMe document included in the ZIP file describes the complete functionality of the VIs.

How to use it properly ?
Does one has to use fixed points with a calibrated oven or so, to improve future accuracy ?
