Requirements: View

This VI shows how to use correlated (i.e. hardware timed) DIO operations
with the NI ELVIS unit and an M Series multifunction DAQ card.

Block diagram steps:

1. Reset ELVIS system with switch in NORMAL position

2. Run NI ELVIS - Enable Communications Bypass with switch in BYPASS
position

3. Reset DAQ device to free digital lines that are reserved by ELVIS

4. Perform any DIO operation using standard DAQmx VIs.
