This DataPlugin supports ATML version 1.0 data files.
The Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML) is an emerging XML-based standard for ATE (Automated Test Equipment) and test information data exchange.
It is used by NI TestStand 3.5, a ready-to-run test management environment for organizing, controlling, and executing automated test systems, for the ATML TestResults report. More details on how ATML can be used in NI TestStand can be found here.
Please use the ATML 2.0 DataPlugin for ATML 2.0 files written by TestStand 4.0 .
Please use the ATML 5.0 DataPlugin for ATML 5.0 files.
