This example simulates a velocity profiling application. A single axis drives a conveyer belt with parts to be inspected at the High Velocity setting. As the part moves under a camera, it trips a sensor which decelerates the motor to the Low Velocity setting at a preprogrammed deceleration. With a decreased velocity, the camera can inspect the object in greater detail. This example is a template for velocity profiling.
