This program uses the keybd_event function in the user32.dll to simulate a keyboard stroke on [Num Lock]. According to Windows SDK (2001 edition), you can use the keybd_event in Windows 2000/NT/Me to simulate a keystroke on [Num Lock], [Caps Lock], or [Scroll Lock]. Refer to Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) for more information about this function.
