This example program demonestrates how to synchronize multiple NI PXI-446x cards in multiple chassis with multiple controllers. The synchronization is done through the timing and synchronization boards (NI-665x). The boards in both chassis , master and slave, share the same clock, sync pulse and a start trigger. This example was implemented using shared variables that were introduced in LabVIEW 8.0, so you would need to have that version or later of LabVIEW to be able to run this program. Attached is a PDF document that describes the hardware setup and cable connections along with a description of how the program works.
