This example shows how to create a custom login dialog for TestStand using either LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI. The FrontEndCallbacks sequence has been modified to offer the user a choice between which dialog to use before login, and then it calls the appropriate module (login.vi for LabVIEW, frontend.dll for CVI).

Both approaches provide the same login functionality, but the logout functionality only exists in the CVI implementation. Before starting TestStand, extract the attached file into: <TestStand>\Components\User\Callbacks\FrontEnd

NOTE: Depending on which version of LabVIEW you have installed, it may be necessary to open and save login.vi before running TestStand.
