The National Instruments Digital Time Interval Analyzer Start-Up Kit is designed to monitor digital lines for state changes. You use the kit to monitor digital devices, such as relays and solenoids, and log the times of the digital state changes to disk. Because the kit logs the relative times of state changes rather than continuously polling, it decreases the load on the computer bus, frees CPU time, and minimizes the space required for log file storage.

The kit uses existing PC technology and measurement hardware to simplify configuration and lower cost. With the open source code architecture, you can customize the application to fit specific needs, add analysis functionality, or connect to other I/O devices.

No LabWindows/CVI Code
I do not have LabView nor do I wish to buy it. Please provide the LabWindows/CVI support for this kit because the hardware supports the CVI Development Environment. I would provide the solution in CVI but I have been unable to make this time interval measurement yet.
