Overview

Description:
This VI demonstrates how to detect the envelope in a vibration signal acquired at constant speed. The recorded data is acquired with the Log Data (Analog Tacho, DAQmx).vi.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Load the recorded data.
2. Specify the band specification to locate the band of interest for envelope detection.
3. Run the VI.
4. If you want to view signals from another channel, select the signal of interest in the select channel control. Run the VI again to make the changes take effect.

VIs USED IN THIS EXAMPLE:
1. SVL Scale Voltage to EU.vi
2. OAT Analog Tacho Process.vi
3. OAT Envelope Detection.vi

This program is a shipping example VI included with the NI Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite and NI Sound and Vibration Toolkit.

This software is written in LabVIEW, a graphical programming language designed for scientists and engineers. For more information about LabVIEW, visit ni.com/labview.
