Sourcing 100 nA with 2 SMUs
Overview
This example program shows how to use a current divider circuit to obtain 100 nA with 10 nA steps using 2x PXI-4130 SMUs and a PXI-4071 DMM to verify the results

In the first block of the front panel is the main PXI-4130 SMU. This device will place out a particular current value relative to the desired current level. In the main control, there is a starting current level, a step size and a number of iterations. The program starts at a desired level and increments in the step size for the specified number of iterations.
