NI ELVIS II Photogate Count Events Lab
Overview
This lab introduces students to the NI ELVIS II Design and Prototyping Platform and the Vernier plug-in sensors. A Vernier Photogate Sensor is connected to the protoboard and measured through the driver software. This example is part of "Teaching Measurements and Instrumentation with NI ELVIS II."

This is a free downloadable lab to be used with NI ELVIS II hardware, DAQmx 8.7.x software, LabVIEW 8.5.x and a plug-in Vernier Photogate Sensor. Students can learn circuit concepts with measurement and instrumentation by referring to the Vernier Light Sensor Lab document and completing the exercise steps.
