Reference Example for Eliminating Round Trip Delay for HSDIO

Overview

This example shows how to synchronize multiple HSDIO cards using NI TClk and account for round trip delay (RTD).  RTD compensation is often used where the HSDIO card is generating data and a clock to another device.  The device responds with data only (no clock).  Since both the generated and acquired data use the same clock, stating both at the same time will not account for time it takes the signal to propagate through the cable.  By compensating for RTD, delaying the acquisition relative to the generation by the proper amount, one can insure the correct data will be acquired.
