This tool assigns unique VISA aliases to all VISA-controlled devices (serial, USB, ethernet, etc.) in a given system. The tool can also export VISA configuration data to a file and then import that data from the file. This can be used to give the same VISA aliases across many systems by using this tool to import a saved configuration file.
This example requires NI-VISA 4.2 or later.
