This example performs a dynamic (hardware-timed) digital acquisition using an NI High-Speed Digital (HSDIO) instrument. The example performs the same function as the "Dynamic Acquisition" examples included in the NI-HSDIO driver for NI LabVIEW and C with the addition of saving the acquired data to file. This example also includes the ability to read back the stored data file for viewing.
Using VB.NET requires you to wrap the NI-HSDIO driver into a .cs (or .vb) assembly, specifically the niHSDIO.cs assembly. Instead of making DLL calls directly in your code, you create a niHSDIO Object and call its methods. This is demonstrated in the example.
