WSN Endurance Tester Example
Overview
This application demonstrates many of the capabilities of the NI Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) platform, and can be used in data logging or endurance testing applications. You can also use this as starter code for your WSN application, and modify it to meet your unique needs.

WSN Example
The purpose of this application is to toggle a digital output on a WSN node which would theoretically be connected to a switch. This output can be toggled at a specified rate, for a specified number of iterations, unless a stop condition is met. In this case, the stop condition is a temperature above a user-specified threshold.
Some additional features of the application include:
-
- Programmatic discovery of all active nodes on the network.
- The ability to configure, run, and monitor several tests simultaneously.
- TDMS File generation for each executed test.
Additional steps required to configure and run the application are documented in a ReadMe file located in the project.
Note: This example requires LabVIEW 2009 or greater, the NI LabVIEW Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) Module Pioneer, and programmable WSN nodes.
