This format is written by PULSE™ from Brüel & Kjaer.
The file format description cannot be obtained from Brüel & Kjaer and therefore a DataPlugin cannot be created.
However you can use the PULSE recorder to export your data into a file format for which a DataPlugin exists, e.g.:

- TEAC_TAFFMat (*.DAT)
- UFF-58 (*.UFF)
