STDF DataPlugin
PrintThis DataPlugin supports reading / importing of Standard Test Data Format(STDF) stored files.
The Standard Test Data Format is intended as a comprehensive standard. This STDF files can be used without full support of all the STDF record types.
Supported Features:
- Record Types: ATR, DTR, FAR, HBR, MIR, MPR, MRR, PCR, PGR, PIR, PMR, PRR, PTR, RDR, SBR, SDR, TSR
- Recognizes ENG_ID fields
Unsupported Features:
- Currently not supported record types: BPS, EPS, FTR, GDR, PLR, WCR, WIR, WRR
