This example shows how to continuously acquire analog input on multiple channels of an E Series device at a different rate on each channel.

Suppose you want to sample 3 channels; one at 1000 S/s, one at 500 S/s, and one at 250 S/s. This VI samples all three channels at the highest sampling rate, then eliminates the extra data points from the slower channels.

To use this VI, you must specify the maximum scanning rate, then a frequency divider factor for each channel. For the example above, the maximum scanning rate is 1000 S/s, and the frequency divider factors for the three channels are 1, 2, and 4 (for 1000 S/s, 500 s/s, and 250 S/s, respectively).

The Divider for Data.vi (used in this example) gives you a cluster with one array for each scanned channel, which you can use to plot the data (as the example does) or save the data to a file.
