Updated NI Support Site Streamlines Product Support
PrintThe National Instruments online support site offers customers a convenient starting location for all of their product support needs. Recent updates make ni.com/support easier to navigate by highlighting the most important resources, including product support pages. Instead of using a pull-down selection box to locate a product support page, visitors now can simply search for the product name to find the page that contains support information relevant to their NI products.
The new NI support site makes it easier to find support information for specific NI products.
NI has added product support pages for hundreds of products as well as support in nine languages. Each page offers a wide variety of localized product-specific support information such as the latest manuals, software drivers, dimensional drawings, and certification information, as well as the most relevant KnowledgeBase articles, tutorials, example code, and community contributed resources. On all pages, Standard Service Program (SSP) members can find convenient access to “Ask an engineer,” an online utility that offers immediate access to phone and e-mail technical support.
