test code
An international standard or consensus industry method for measuring the noise emissions of a particular class of machinery or equipment (such as computers, vehicles, mechanical equipment, and so on). A test code typically specifies the operational conditions and any machine-specific test requirements for the class of equipment and relies on underlying international standards for the measurement of the specified parameter (such as sound power, sound pressure, and so on).
