Adding Custom Callbacks to TestStandModel.seq

Rename the new step to a name of your choice. Right-Click on the new step and select Properties. Left-Click on the Model tab and then left-click on the Type ring control to get the dialog as shown below:
Select the Callback option to identify this sequence as a callback sequnce for the process model sequence file.
