What is the TestStandModel.seq?
Overview
The TestStandModel.seq is a sequence file that is used by the TestStand engine as the default process model to dictate the flow of execution during sequence execution. The TestStandModel.seq defines the steps that are constant in the default testing process and invokes the 'MainSequence' sequence of your sequence file to execute the steps that are unique to your tests.
TestStandModel.seq can be found at TestStand\Components\NI\Models\TestStandModel and consists of Model Callbacks and Execution Entry Points.
Sequences in TestStandModel.seq
The figure below shows a list of all the sequences in the default TestStand process mode sequence file. The first two sequences (reddish-orange in color) are execution entry points and the next two sequences (bluish-purple in color) are configuration entry points. The last two sequences are utility subsequences that the execution entry points call, and the remaining sequences (green in color) are callbacks that you can override in your test sequence files. Please refer to page 13-8 of the User Manual for a detailed description of the various sequences in the TestStandModel.seq
