Overview
This article describes how you can modify SPICE simulation parameters in Multisim. For detailed information on SPICE options and simulation in general, see the SPICE Simulation Fundamentals series.
Customizing Interactive SPICE Simulation Options
Note: Any changes made to the SPICE simulation options will be saved with the circuit.
To change SPICE Simulation settings for interactive simulation:
1. Click Simulate >> Interactive Simulation Settings
2. On the Analysis Options tab, select "Use Custom Settings" and click the "Customize..." button.
3. Customize the analysis options as desired. Analysis options are split into 5 tabs. Each tab corresponds to a type of SPICE analysis.
Customizing Analysis Simulation Options
When performing an advanced SPICE simulation from the Simulate >> Analyses menu, the analysis configuration dialog box will always contain an analysis options tab.
To change the simulation options, simply select the Analysis Options tab, and follow steps 2 and 3 above.
