The 8-channel 2.7 GHz RF analyzer is a complete RF test system which combines high-quality RF switching to minimize power loss and reflections in the transmission line (low insertion loss and voltage standing-wave ratio specifications) with a high-throughput RF analyzer. The entire system is housed in a single 5-slot PXI chassis with an integrated MXI interface. Because data transfer in the system is done via the PCI bus, the setup is ideal for data streaming with rapid response times for software-defined radio (SDR), real-time signal processing, and spectral monitoring applications. Configuration, programming, and deployment of the entire system is made easy using software tools such as NI Switch Executive switch management software and NI Spectral Measurements Toolkit for LabVIEW, which provides built-in functions for applications that need power spectrum measurements,  peak power and frequency measurements, I/Q data for modulation analysis, and analog modulation analysis.
