National Instruments Author Support Program

The Author Support Program provides access to products, support, and promotion opportunities for both new and accomplished authors featuring National Instruments software and/or hardware in their books.

We invite all serious authors join the program.  Upon acceptance into the program you will receive the tools and support you need to make your book project successful.

 Benefits:

  • Software- Receive the latest student version of the appropriate NI software to take advantage of the latest features for your book project. In addition, you will be eligible for beta versions of upcoming releases
  • Technical Support- Phone and e-mail technical support is provided for matters related to the book project.  NI offers an extensive online library of reference materials, discussion forums, and tutorials to help you through the writing process.
  • Promotion We will promote your book through our web site, ni.com.  Select books will also be promoted through the Instrumentation Newsletter, Academic e-Newsletter, and NI News.  We are also interested in featuring your book at tradeshows and conferences attended by the marketing teams. 
  • Annual Textbook Newsletter Your book will also be included in our yearly book newsletter.  The newsletter highlights books published in the past 2 years featuring NI products and is distributed to both professional and academic contacts worldwide.
