Overview

Signal Processing Resource Center » LabVIEW Signal Processing Shipping Examples » Collecting Signals

This example shows how to use the Collector Express VI. The Collector Express VI collects and returns input signals. You can specify the maximum number of samples the Collector can hold. When you call this Express VI repeatedly, as the While Loop in this example does, and the Express VI reaches the maximum number of samples per channel, the Express VI discards the oldest data and adds the newest data to the collected samples. This example shows the differences in collected data when you change the maximum number of samples.
