Overview

The majority of the most innovative advances in medical technology over the past twenty years have been developed by small, entrepreneurial medical technology companies. These technologies are continually advancing and improving the health care and quality of life for countless individuals worldwide. To support and further this effort, National Instruments has created a grant program to allow medical device makers easier access to the world’s most advanced and accessible embedded design technology.

Details

The National Instruments Medical Device Grant Program is designed to provide start-up assistance for those who are interested in using National Instruments hardware as a component of their medical device.  Eligible parties will be granted up to $25,000 in software and training.

In addition, recipients of the grant will have the opportunity to be included in press releases as well as having their solution featured on National Instruments website.  National instruments will also provide references of integrators with experience in achieving FDA validation of devices built on NI technologies.
