Overview
This demonstration shows the NI PXIe-5641R RIO IF Transceiver performing spectral monitoring in conjunction with the NI PXI-5600 2.7 GHz RF downconverter and the NI 8260 high-speed data sotrage module. The LabVIEW FPGA application on the PXIe-5641R FPGA performs nearly 50,000 1024-point windows, FFTs, and frequency mask comparisons per second in order to detect even the shortest duration signal in the band of interest.
