Converts a platform-specific path to a string containing the path in UNIX style.

The VI converts the <Not A Path> value to /dev/null.

	trailing "/"? specifies whether the UNIX-style path ends with a slash (/).
	platform path is the path you want the VI to convert to UNIX style.
	unix path contains the UNIX-style path.
