Converts a string consisting of a UNIX-style path to a platform-specific path.

If the unix path input starts with /dev/null, the VI converts it to <Not A Path>.

	unix path contains a UNIX-style path.
	trailing "/"? returns TRUE if the UNIX-style path ends with a slash (/).
	platform path is a path that contains the platform-specific path the VI converted from the unix path input.
