Constructs a text entry or password entry form field <INPUT>.

	label specifies text that the VI inserts between HTML in and the HTML code that the VI creates.
	html form content in is a string to which the HTML code created by the VI is appended.
	name specifies the parameter name of the form field.
	type specifies the type of entry field. The default creates a text entry field. You also can create a password entry field.
	value specifies the initial content of the text field.
	size specifies the width of the text field in characters.
	max length specifies the maximum number of characters you can enter in the text field.
	html form content out contains label, html form content in, and the HTML code that the VI constructs.
