Constructs an arbitrary HTML tag. You can use this VI for tags that are not part of the official HTML 3.2 specification.

	label specifies text that the VI inserts between HTML in and the HTML code that the VI creates.
	HTML in contains text to which the VI adds the new HTML code.
	tag name is a string that specifies the name of the tag.
	tag content is a string that contains the text enclosed by the tag.
	tag attributes is a string that specifies the attributes of the tag.
	close tag specifies whether to follow tag content with a close tag.
	HTML out contains HTML in, label, and the HTML code the VI constructs.
