Owning Palette: HTML VIs

Constructs list tags <UL, OL, DIR, MENU> around the specified elements <LI>.

	unordered item type specifies the bullet style of an unordered list item. The unordered item type value can be (default), disc, square, or circle.
	label specifies text that the VI inserts between HTML in and the HTML code that the VI creates.
	HTML in contains text to which the VI adds the new HTML code.
	elements is an array of strings that contains the list elements.
	list type specifies the type of the list. The list type value can be unordered, ordered, directory, or menu.
	compact specifies whether the <DL> tag includes the COMPACT attribute, which decreases text size in the definition list. The default is FALSE, which does not add the COMPACT attribute.
	ordered item type specifies the type of the order. The ordered item type value can be (default), Arabic numerals, lower alpha, upper alpha, lower roman, or upper roman.
	ordered start specifies the first number or letter of the list sequence.
	HTML out contains HTML in, label, and the HTML code the VI constructs.
