Click the Access Configuration button in the Advanced page of the G Web Server Configuration dialog box to display this dialog box.

Use the HTTP Access Configuration dialog box to edit the Global ACF (Access Configuration File) for the G Web Server. This file contains access rules for front panels and for directories.

This dialog box includes the following components:

  • Panels—Lists the VIs for which the Global ACF includes front panel access configuration directives.
  • New Panel—Opens an empty Directory Configuration dialog box that you can use to add a VI to the Panels list and configure its front panel access configuration directives.
  • Edit Panel—Opens a Directory Configuration dialog box that contains the editable settings for the front panel of the VI you selected in the Panels list.
  • Delete Panel—Deletes the front panel access configuration settings for the VI you selected in the Panels list.
  • Directories—Lists the directories of files for which the Global ACF includes access configuration directives.
  • New Directory—Opens an empty Directory Configuration dialog box that you can use to add a directory to the Directories list and configure its access configuration directives.
  • Edit Directory—Opens a Directory Configuration dialog box that contains the editable settings for the directory you selected in the Directories list.
  • Delete Directory—Deletes the access configuration settings for the directory of files you selected in the Directories list.
  • Reload—Restores the last saved version of the settings in the Global ACF.
  • Save—Saves the access configuration settings to the Global ACF.
  • Done—Closes this dialog box.
